From my first lesson to passing my practical exam at the first attempt, learning to drive with Janet has been a fantastic experience. Janet is a friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable instructor who is able to prepare you safely and confidently for your practical driving test. Assessing your strengths and weaknesses, Janet is able to tailor lessons to what you feel like you need to learn. I for example, struggled with roundabouts but was able to focus my lessons on building my confidence. If you want a driving instructor who is friendly and able, I would definitely recommend learning to drive with Janet

I would like to thank Janet so much for helping me pass first time!! Due to a new job I needed to learn how to drive and pass my test quickly, I found Janet’s driving school on the internet and saw her great reviews so I booked in a semi-intensive 3 week driving course with her. Janet has been fantastic, she’s put me at ease in the car, been very patient, clam and supportive throughout my course. She is a very experienced driving instructor but has a wonderful informal style which is very refreshing compared to other driving instructors I have had in the past. I noticed my driving improve after each lesson with her, would highly recommend her to anyone who is learning how to drive and I wish her all the best in the future!! Thank you

I moved to Nottingham from down south and had already learnt the basics, having already 2 previous instructors I was keen to find the right one. Janet was extremely efficient from day one, responding to my enquiry right away and had my first lesson booked a week later. Janet made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I had great fun learning with her, she’s a fun loving lady but she knows exactly what she is doing and what needs to be done. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Janet for being patient with me and making me pass first time. I can’t thank her enough for teaching me a skill I will hold forever.

My motivation for learning how to drive was that I had just been successful in getting a placement with a company based in West Bridgford. I live in the north of the city which will mean two buses to get to work on a morning and the same back. Therefore, I thought I would learn how to drive and get myself a car which will open up my horizons, make my journey to work shorter and probably save me money. I searched for driving instructors offering courses which fitted my needs during the summer break included taking the practical driving test at the end over a 2-3 week period. I chose LDC, their Instructor Janet was patient, friendly and put me at my ease from the beginning. With the dvd and the workbook which was some self study outside of the lessons saved time in the car which meant there did not have to be any lengthly in car explanations and this left more time for me to really gain the necessary practical skills and road experience that I needed to be ready for my test which I passed on my first attempt at the end of the course. Thanks Janet for all your hard work.

I wanted to learn to drive because I was fed up relying on buses and other people for lifts I wanted my independence. When I decided I was ready I found Janet on the net. I decided I wanted to do a semi intensive course it was 30 hours over 3 weeks. It was hard work but so worth it. Janet is a great teacher, she put me at ease from day 1. I would defiantly recommend Janet as an instructor and I would certainly recommend the semi intensive courses. I am totally loving my new found freedom. Thanx Janet you changed my life.

Janet was my third attempt at learning to drive. Although I learnt with my previous instructors they made me extremely nervous. After one lesson with Janet I knew I had finally found a good instructor. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the start. Encouraging me and keeping me relaxed. She is an excellent instructor and I thank her 100% for my success :)

My boss first made contact with Janet and booked me in on Janet's Fast-track 1 course (one week intensive). From the beginning I made great progress and Janet told me I was well on my way for passing at the end of the week. I needed to pass for work as my boss wanted me to do work further a field and was getting me a works van from Monday. I passed first attempt and was very pleased with myself, I told the Examiner that I was going to have a drink to celebrate whereby the Examiner replied back that he hoped I was not going to drive......Brilliant feeling and thanks Janet.
