New Qualified Drivers (pass plus minimum of 6 hours)

The examiner will send off your provisional drivers licence to the DVLA and you will be given a pass certificate, within 2-3 weeks you will receive your full driving licence again made up in two parts, a photocard and paper counterpart which will include any endorsements and entitlement history.

The licence will also show you what vehicles you are authorised to drive, check it over carefully to ensure that it is correct.

After all that hard work it is still important to remember the rules of the highway code and note that if you rack up six points in the first two years of passing your practical driving test you will lose your licence and be required to take all driving tests again.
